Terms of Service

By accessing or using Page Publisher, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may connect and manage only Facebook Pages for which you have valid authorization and the necessary Page access. You are responsible for maintaining that authorization.

Page Publisher lets authorized users connect Facebook Pages, upload media, organize Pages, and create, schedule, publish, monitor, or delete Page content. Features may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable as we improve the service or as Meta changes its products, permissions, limits, or APIs.

Facebook and Meta are independent third-party services and are not controlled by AKR Developer. Your use of Facebook remains governed by Meta’s applicable terms, policies, permissions, Page rules, and community standards. Page Publisher is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Keep your Facebook account and devices secure.
• Review the requested permissions and Pages before granting access.
• Promptly disconnect or revoke access if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Ensure account, Page, contact, and scheduling information is accurate.
• Accept responsibility for actions initiated through your authenticated session.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and publish that content only as necessary to operate the service and carry out your instructions.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content, media, links, trademarks, personal information, and Page destinations you use. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and consequences of your content.

You must not use Page Publisher to:

• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
• Send spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or manage a Page without permission.
• Violate Meta policies, applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, or privacy rights.
• Bypass security controls, permission checks, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the service.
• Use credentials, access tokens, or data obtained from another person without authorization.

You are responsible for reviewing content, target Pages, audience controls, and times before publishing. Scheduled delivery can be affected by token expiry, revoked Page access, Meta outages or review systems, API changes, rate limits, network failures, or incorrect Page settings. You should verify time-sensitive or important posts directly on Facebook. We do not guarantee that every post will be accepted or delivered at an exact time.

You may stop using the service and revoke Facebook access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or Meta requirements, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKR Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, reputation, business, or opportunity arising from the service, Meta services, unauthorized access, or failed or delayed publication. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or platform requirements. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
