User Data Deletion Instructions

You can revoke future Facebook access and request deletion of information held by Page Publisher by following the steps below.

Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Request deletion from Page Publisher

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject Page Publisher data deletion request.
  2. Send the request from the email associated with your Facebook account when possible. Include your Facebook profile name and the names of connected Pages so we can locate the correct account. Do not send your password or any access token.
  3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account. After verification, we aim to acknowledge the request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for a legitimate security matter.

2. Revoke Facebook access

You can immediately stop future access from Facebook:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations or Apps and websites.
  3. Find Page Publisher or AKR Developer and choose Remove.
  4. Confirm removal.

Revoking the integration invalidates future access but may not by itself erase records already stored by Page Publisher. Email us using step 1 if you also want those records deleted.

3. Information covered by a verified request

Subject to any legally required retention, deletion includes:

  • Your Page Publisher user profile, settings, and active sessions.
  • Connected Facebook account and Page records, permissions, and encrypted access tokens.
  • Page groups, drafts, schedules, publishing history, delivery logs, and available insights.
  • Images and videos uploaded to Page Publisher.

4. Content on Facebook

Deleting Page Publisher data does not automatically delete posts, media, comments, or scheduled posts already stored or published by Facebook. Manage that content directly from the relevant Facebook Page or contact Meta. Facebook’s handling of that information is governed by Meta’s own policies.

5. Questions

If you have questions about a deletion request or cannot identify your account, contact [email protected] and describe the issue without including passwords or access tokens.
